1. Digital Products & Services (Courses, Coaching Calls, Website Development, Resume Services)

We’re confident this course will be an excellent fit for you. If, after attending the first two sessions, you don’t feel this course is right for you, we offer a “Test for Good Fit or Pay Nothing” guarantee. Simply let us know, and you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked.

For other services (website development, coaching calls, resume services, etc.), please refer to our general refund policy below for eligibility.

Refund Eligibility for Digital Products and Services:

  • Refund Requests: You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the service or purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultation fees and custom or personalized services, are non-refundable once rendered.

Requesting a Refund:

  • How to Request: Contact us at support@dealscolony.com.au or +61402 606 944. Please include your name, contact information, service date, and reason for your refund request.

  • Review Process: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 21 business days. We may request additional information, such as proof of your work that we asked you to complete in order to achieve the desired results. If needed, we will contact you to gather any further details required for our review.

  • Refund Approval: Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be issued if services were partially completed or if cancellations occur close to the scheduled date.

  • Cancellations:

  • By You: If you cancel within 5 days of the scheduled service, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • By Us: If we cancel a service, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2. Physical Products (Goods)

  • At Deals Colony, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your physical product, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Returns: You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as gifts will be refunded as gift credit.

  • Health and personal care items are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges:

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please email us at support@dealscolony.com.au and send the item to our warehouse.

  • Exempt Goods:

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

  • Certain Health & Personal Care Items: Non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Returns made after 30 days.

  • Return Process:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account again. If you still haven't received a refund, contact your credit card company.

  • If the refund is still pending, please contact us at support@dealscolony.com.au.

  • Shipping:

  • Returns should be sent to our warehouse at Cashmere. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For workshops and events, we understand that things can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the event or workshop.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Event cancellations made within 5 days of the event may result in a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.

  • Cancellations:

  • By You: If you cancel more than 5 days before the event, you will receive a full refund.

  • By Us: If we cancel the event or workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
